Interview the team to see if they are friendly and helpful. When you select a dentist, you also are selecting the front desk people. Speak with them and try to gauge if they are courteous and helpful. Is the office comfortable and up-to-date? When you walk in the door, is the office soothing and comfortable? Ask the doctor about the technologies that they use. Are they current? Are they using digital radiography (computerized x-rays), laser dentistry or other new techniques and technologies?
