Our scheduling coordinator will contact you to confirm your appointment.

Monday:  8am  to 5pm
Tuesday:  7 am to 4pm
Wednesday:  8am to 5pm
Thursday: 9am to 6pm
Friday: Closed
First Saturday of each month: 8am to 3pm		              

Annandale Office Hours
Monday:  8am  to 5pm

Wednesday:  8am to 6pm

If you are a new patient to our Sterling or Annandale dental offices, you can download and complete your registration form and bring with you on the day of your appointment. Download and print a new patient registration form. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment if you prefer to complete new patient registration forms at the office.  

Note: There is a $75.00 cancellation fee for missed or canceled appointments with less than 24 hours notice.
